Default Which phono preamp ?

Hi,

I was looking for an easy, simple and fast to build schematics of a phono RIAA preamp. The most suitable would be one to be built with 2 triodes / channel e.g. one ECC83 per channel.

Could you share experience?

For one ECC83 per channel, how about the one from the RCA tube manual?

But I like this one better: http://stiftsbogtrykkeriet.dk/~mcs/Phono/

Best regards,

Of interest may you find the Phonostage I discuss here:

DC Phonostage thread discussing a simple 2-Stage Phono

The original circuit was "tuned" for use with EHX 12AX7 and current production russian 6N23PR/6922. Don't use the 6N1P please. Powersupply is extensively discussed too.

Talking Phono pre 12AX7 / E88CC

Hi,

Finally I have assembled and done first listening test with the phono preamp. So far so good. I have attached pictures (Photo Gallery) of the pre and power supply if someone interested.

Thanks for everyone who helped me, special ones for Kuey for the schematic I started with.
