Need info about rare Siemens Cf "post tube"

Hello,

I have a pair of those gorgeous and rare Cf tubes made by Siemens. They are telecommunication triodes (post tubes) with very low internal resistance and low mu (~6.0).

My question is: does anybody could provide me with more application info about Cf tubes? I tried to find more info via google but "Cf" is too usual phrase to obtain any relevant results.
