Getting the supplies together for doing some amp building this winter and planned projects include both a pre-amp and a pair of mono-blocks.
It occured to me that the sink cutout from my new Corian counter top would make a nice top for each of my projects. It is large enough and has a nice color (of course it does, I picked it for my counter tops ).
Has anyone used it this way? Any suggestions, pitfalls, dire warnings?
I searched but mostly found references to using it for speaker baffles and a thread on using it in a DIY turntable (also an excellent idea I think). I didn't see any references to using it for a chassis.
