It will sound like crap, unless you want it for a distortion generator for guitar. Build a gainclone instead.

I use a similar system for my bass guitar rig.
But, 80mW? I get 3W from a SE EL-84. You should get LOTS more in PP.
Yes, except that it uses the +15V rail for the EL84 B+ too. Blech!
