Mystery Russian tube logo ?

I recently acquired some NOS Russian 6N3P's from 1974. Can anyone identify the manufacturer from the logo?

I've seen this before, also on 6N3P.

unfortunately I'm not sure who makes it.

they sound fine to me though.

Well, it's not actually a Russian tube, but Ukrainian one

Oktyabr' factory, Vinnica, Ukraine
