Hey Frazzled!

Take a look at.... www.triodedick.com (projects -> annastacia)

A dutch site, but it's a real nice amp!
Uses 7027A tubes (sellers listed on site) these are beam tetrodes, and the new ecc99 as driver/ phase-splitter.

Instead of what the schematic says, you should use 6k output transformers.
The amplifier is very good of itself but also offers a lot to tweak and play around with!. the amp is simple and promising
Mine is getting better and better, built in a new pre-amp and fitted it with tube-supply.
