Is there anyone knows of the substitute to 6C33C?

AFAIK there isn't any.

I believe parallelling both triodes in each of three 6AS7/6080's (i.e. 6 triodes total) will get you functionally close.

older version of 6S33S is 6S18S. Almost identical, but probably a lot less common

2x 6S41S in parallel should be pretty close I guess.
