P.S. the amplifier is the small part of the total investment, now I am looking at a turntable so I can start collecting some vinyl

hi frank, your 2A3PP psu, i think the main bridge rectifier polarity is reversed or i'm reading it wrong?

You're absolutely correct....No idea how that happened but the polarity of the B+ bridge should be reversed.

It would also be wiser to use 160VDC bypass caps across the 2A3's cathodes iso the 100VDC. For best sound I'd recommend BGs here.
