can I use CLC filter behind the 866a?
if it is ok, what is the large value for the first capacitor in the CLC filter?

Yes. But I am not sure what is the largest value. I use 2uf.

if I use 2uf for the first capacitor, can I get the DCV = 1.414 x ACV?

I think the answer is no, but I am not 100% sure. Why don't you download the free Duncans amp power designer and enter your paramenters.
