Not off the top of my head, but I cheated and looked. 47k on the plate, 400R between cathode and source, 275V B+. The p.i.t.a. part is selecting the FETs (btw, J271 probably was a better choice than 2N5114).

To be clear, I don't use that line stage anymore.
