Is Tesla still going?

I was under the impression Tesla had been taken over by JJ Tesla but then I stumbled across these "NEW KT88 BY TESLA"

Apparently there current production made by Tesla Vrsovice.

The KT88 is about all they make for audio use at the Tesla factory.

The other current production is done elsewhere by the former Tesla workers and their major investor JJ (forgot his full name) under the JJ brand name.

So there’s a little more to it than a simple take over by JJ, glad to hear the Tesla KT88s are still in production though.

Tesla was huge concern producing TVs, telephones, ICs and audio products (Loudspeakers Tubes).
Tubes was made in Prague, Tøinec, Rožnov pod Radhoštìm (CZ)
