Default CCS design help!!

I need to build a CCS for the cathodes of a PP Class A output stage.

Stage is Sovtek 6B4G running around 60mA a piece.

So... 120mA CCS at around 50v drop.

There is a design using those MOSFETs... what were they?....

International Rectifier manufactures a number of MOSFETs that are suitable for your need.
