Hickok settings

Hi Larry,

I have consulted the oracle of Dusty Olde Englishe Tube Data.

EL37 6.3 JR-53472 Bias=-18 , shunt 89, gm=5000

EF86 6.3 EV-9613-8 Bias=11, shunt 65, gm=1500
