Default Taylor 45b Gm Problem

Hello There,
When measuring GM on my 45B the meter shows - GM and meter goes backwards of the scale! I have read about a similar problem with a B&K 707 but no solution was offered. I also have my 45C to compare settings against and there is no problem with those. Any any all advice would be most welcome.
Thanks and have a nice day...
Regards,

Tony
