The following assumes "normal" tube circuitry with a negative ground.
There are 4 connection points in a bridge rectifier. The trafo gets connected to the 2 points that join cathode to anode. The point that joins 2 anodes together gets grounded. You take the B+ from the point that joins 2 cathodes together.
