VSE RTP5 linestage comments

This is a schematic obtained from TNT site.

Has anyone tried on this circuit? or maybe a better suggestion to it ?

I am more interested to build the Balanced line module side
of the diagram only...for upgrading my old pre amp circuit

Need suggestion on the R2 values as well

suggestions ?
