You can ask for a quotation at this places:

Italy:

http://www.tubes.it

Spain:

http://www.amptek-es.com

General:
http://www.hammondmfg.com/intl.htm

I did buy my two 1627SE at www.ondaradio.es for 87 Euro each.

Good luck

Since you are in Europe, why not spend a little extra and go for Lundahls or similar?

I find the 125ESE sounds ok, but it is light on bass and also a bit harsh.

Get some really decent output transformers, they are the most important part of the amp!

Where have you ordered it from?

I'm asking because 99.9% of shops will use Fedex or UPS for shipping to Europe, and that means a lot of money. This seems like USPS (United States Postal Service)
