You cannot drive a 20k with this current configuration as your Rp of the tube is going to be around 17-25k(from memory) the tube is only going to be 4k when it as a cap bypass the cathode resistor. even then it cannot drive a 20k load. You will need to work with a mu follower taking the output from the top triode/mosfet for the low output impedance. Trying cascodes for ccs single do not sound so good
 
Sure you can

One can run a 6922 into a 20k load without a mu follower. Rp should be low, like bypassing the cathode. Just don't run 20 feet of ICs though.

I have heard it at Mr. Martin DeWulf's house powering a Pass X-250 amp (22k load or so if I remember correctly), and also works with the Belles 350.

Mr. DeWulf also thought so.
