Correct schematic.
Why is the schematic backwards? Nearly every print I've seen the last 50 years starts on the left and ends on the right.

Because the designer is left hand. If you start from the left, your arm will cover the beginning of the circuit. ....lol...j/k

If you use 4A, the output is 2A. I bought 2 years ago, and haven't put everything together yet....lol.
