Sorry but a constant current regulator of this type is much too slow for this purpose, the reaction time can be measured in seconds so the bandwith is less than 1Hz!
These regulators consist of a wire of iron in a hydrogen gas, if current should when the wire gets warmer and the resistance increases so the current decrease aso until it stabilise at a certain value. An ordinary lightbulb have the same function but the current is less constant.
