Default white follower for driving mosfets.

Hi all

What will happen if a white follower drives mosfets in dc form, I have done this with my amp, first a normal cathode follower with tube current source but i think the sound is better with the white follower, more sweet without losing details.

I have a question about the upper tube who is driven bij de voltage amp the grid resistors I am not shure what to do, I have now 12 volts on upper tube, also keep in mind that the balancing is such that the output offset is low a servo do keep this in track, tubes are not such stable things.

I have put in part of schematic to let you see what i mean, with a single voltage I see a divider in the grid of upper tube, it has 20mA idle current.

Maybe it is idea to put two resistors over the current potmeter of the fets to ground what make the white follower see better load? Mosfet capacitances are not really a liniair factor, that is what needs current but impedance is still high, follower is low.

regards

kees
