Need suggestions on tube regulator.

Hello,
I've just looked up the data sheet for these regulators: EZ81, 5ar4, and 5au4.

I need regulator for up to 600VAC input! Do you guys have any proper candidate?
5ar4 is designed to handle voltage up 500V. Is it ok if I use them for my project? But, 5au4 gives more current.

first i think you need to change your requirement to tube diode/rectifers regulator are not the same. 5au4 is a damper diode i think which should have higher rating PIV than the other two. I think you need to mention your first cap or inductance value before anyone can comment of the tube required. but 5au4 should be the one if it is the damper diode which i think it is

I've just looked up the data sheet for these regulators:

It also helps to get the terminology right; diodes, SS or Hollow State, are not regulators...

Try looking for damper diodes, some of those RECTIFIERS have pretty impressive specs.

Or a pair of 866A...

(Also just a question, its not a 300-0-300 volt transformer is it? Then GZ34 is your best choice, but any rectifier would do.)

I have no idea why I called them regulators! I am so sorry. It must be the cold weather lately.
Anyway, I'll check the price and choose one among those rectifiers. Thanks,
