Hello,
I've just looked up the data sheet for these regulators: EZ81, 5ar4, and 5au4.

I need regulator for up to 600VAC input! Do you guys have any proper candidate?
5ar4 is designed to handle voltage up 500V. Is it ok if I use them for my project? But, 5au4 gives more current.

first i think you need to change your requirement to tube diode/rectifers regulator are not the same. 5au4 is a damper diode i think which should have higher rating PIV than the other two. I think you need to mention your first cap or inductance value before anyone can comment of the tube required. but 5au4 should be the one if it is the damper diode which i think it is
