Default Question for a moderator

Hiya
I have a Chinese valve kit build thread going and was asked to post a hand drawn schematic once I received the kit to allow experienced members to give the component values and design a sense check.

Is this ok to do or easier still can I just scan/photograph the schematic and upload. There are no copyright notices/author/designer on this drawing or anywhere else in the kit.

Thanks

Dicey, though likely safe. I'd suggest redrawing, just to be sure.

Hi,

Most likely the schematic is not original in the first place.
A scan / drawing will make no difference to originality.

rgds, sreten.

Hi and thanks
Being a new member I was just checking to make sure the moderators would be ok with it. I'm happy personally that it won't infringe any copyright. I'll take a pic and post it.

I wouldn't buy a kit without being able to see the schema, it would be fine by me if you posted it,

dave
