Is anyone aware of a transformer manufacturer that produces attenuation transformers that are capable of at least 30Vrms signal on the primary? Or, even better, ones that are capable of some 300Vrms...
All the ones I've found so far are for 7Vrms or less. 7Vrms will do for an input transformer, but since I'm planning on using an interstage transformer in a particular integrated design I'm working on, and prefer the use of transformers to the use of resistors for attenuation, I figured why not look for a tranny that will do both jobs for me at the same time. 24 steps of -2dB would be nice. 48 steps of 1.5dB would be nicer. ![]() I'm primarily looking for a PP-PP one, but SE-PP or SE-SE would still be interesting to play with. |
