Default 211 based on iGoliath Amplifier

swapping from my GM-70 socket thread to a description of my work on a 211 amplifier.

Building today 4 monoblocs, for a friend and for my new/old greencone loudspeakers (ebay 399/pair).

Some fotos and the link to the original iGoliath amplifier from Peter Gelder (in dutch only!):

... working on the power supplies and waiting for the copper parts (IT 25841 - 252/pair and OT 28957 - 450/pair) from:
Audio Transformers - Automatic Electric Europe - transformatoren

The end price of a stereo pair should not exceed 2000 (custom sockets, custom toroid, Mundorf and WIMA DC-LINK capacitors, AMTRANS resistors, PCB to reduce cabling)...

What transformer are you using with the CFB winding?
HF extension really suffers without it (I modeled it in spice this week). I really didn't like the way it looked (on paper).

...finally, the teflon socket is finalized.
And I prefer definitively the Melomania amplifier design (cheaper OT).
