Default Share Fixed Bias using Diodes

Quick one, will this work?
I think it will but i just need to make sure.

I should add that each tube is for separate channel, those diodes were meant to stop crosstalk.

As drawn it won't work. The positive half of the signal will be diverted to ground because the bias supply will, or should, be at AC ground. Just use the normal resistors for each channel and there will be no appreciable crosstalk.

For 6C33, would 100K suffice? I assume the usual grid leak resistor values?
