Some purists would select the no ring or no getter tube, simply because its old or expensive, the right tubes are better because its rugged construction, they have better suports and have getters so that can absorb stray gas particles that can be emited by the valve itself or by atmosferic gas penetrating the glass, so they will last longer and they are also newer.
So what would you choose?

No way to tell visually.

I choose With Ring.
Are Rectifiers sounding or rectifying?

A rectifier without a getter might not work too well. However, lack of a visible getter does not necessarily mean 'no getter'. It may be faint, due to age or a slow leak, or it may be hidden in the base.
