CCS for p-p cathode bias ?
OK that how I make a mistake.I order IRFPG30 and try make a CCS for
p-p 6550 shared cathodes This don't work at all so I email IR and ask why.They say IRFPG30 it's made to switch application. Now I looking for MOSFET with TO247 or similar pack to be avoid heatsink.That mean I be able to use it bolted to top plate with insulating pad. But how with my zero experiences I choice right MOSFET :>((( I think for pair 6550 cathodes I don't needed a two in series. One will be OK with 9V lithium battery. Any suggestion ? Thanks !!!
