Make sure your valves are in good order.. Get their output voltages of the power valves checked .. Only do this if you know what you are doing as it involves the amp being turned on and specific pins being tested. Might be an idea to make sure your power transformer is showing around 2 ohms on the winding.. Again only to be done by electrically trained engineer. Do not touch otherwise as lethal voltages are all over the circuit.
I have the m120 manual if you still need it after all this time.. I can make you a copy and send in post or email.?? The amp at the end is one of my current M120's .. I have a pair for sale if interested £3500

I don't suppose you have the circuit schematic anywhere ?
I've kind of pieced it together from other grant/lumley designs
but the actual diagram would be really handy.
I've made a few bias improvements which has made biasing
a whole lot less fraught and more accurate.
