I am trying to upgrade one Chinese preamp based on these - Little bear 6N3 tube valve preamp amplifier preamplifier CLASS A 110V/220V UK | eBay

and I have replaced the valves with rectifier 6X4 and two GE 5670. I do not know your schematics but if you send it I could exchange my experience.

Change 6n3 with 6n3p-ev (6н3п-ев)

Yes , it is possible and the Rusian tube is better than Chinese but you better go for some NOS American tube like General electric ,Tungsol etc. The best one is Bendix 6385 from 1964 but very expensive.

Right, depends on the individual preferences, audio rig etc. but the BENDIX 6385 are the best anyway- the two ones with the damping rings around.
