Take a look at the uTracer, you can build this if ambitious or buy the kit. Here: The uTracer, a miniature Tube Tester / Curve Tracer.

Alternately you could make a simple jig to test transconductance using some simple power supplies and DMM.

Are you only interested in testing the specified dual triodes? Or are you interested in a more general tester?

If the former, take a look at this:

Please tell us what needs to be tested in these dual triodes (ecc81; ecc82; ecc83; ecc88,... etc.) to determine whether they are good to use?
Whether this schematic is good for this use?
Thanks for your help!
P.S.
Does anyone know why that would not work Anage Attachments for me because I can not not get the schematic!?

I suppose you take a look at the Sussex valve tester.

The "Sussex" Homebrew Valve Tester. - UK Vintage Radio Repair and Restoration Discussion Forum

A stripped down version of the unit would be just what you need, Anode current and transconductance.

The heaters would just be a 7805 whit two diodes from the gnd terminal to ground. this gives a solid 6.3V
