Hi there,

Does anyone got experience in building a SE amplifier with CRC RCA808 before?

I think this tube is rare right now.
Would like to hear your comment.

Don't have by myself, but there are a few schematics on the web, like this amp

Shishido-style 808

I have seen another one with 6DJ8 (SRPP) in the line and a 6GA4 for driver over 1:1 IT to the 808. Similar operating points for the 808 with +36V Ug, approx. 300V Ua, and Ra 2.5k.
