Talk to any of the custom "iron" builders. Optimizing an O/P transformer for high power and low frequencies only is not particularly difficult.
"Fixed" bias PPP KT88s in either a Williamson or Mullard style circuit will get the job done. Definitely SS rectify the B+. Antek's AS-4T360 should take care of all power requirements, except the small signal tube heaters. You could go DC there and knock the residual hum level for a loop.

The amp will need to be in it's own enclosure/chassis, not attached to the sub box. The vibration would be a killer.
