Try searching this thread, I think cogsncogs made one that's quite accurate - better than Ayumi's version.

Default 6JE6C/6LQ6/6JM6 best fit model

A little tweet on EL509 model seems to work the data shows it fits. Modeling an old SBE SB1/2-LA HF sweep tube Linear Amplifier. LTSpice fun project to look at.

Hi, can I use the penthode KT77_AN model in a triode connection? I saw it works pretty well also in triode design in LTspice!

Or is it only reccomended to use the KT77_T_AN for the triode connection?

Either one will work, depending on which symbol you want to use in the simulation.
