Vacuum Tube SPICE Models
The 6P15P models are based on the curves traced by Ale Moglia, as a result, the pentode model deviates a bit from the datasheet, but it should be close enough for simulation purposes.

Are the models in the Ayumi Spice library (linked at the start of this thread) still considered to be pretty accurate? Are these the best models to be using?

Does anyone have this, or could anyone put one together?

It's included in the Ayumi models posted on the first page of this thread.

I'll have to look at that again, I thought it was just the pentode model. I must have overlooked it.

Even if the triode model is not available, you can always connected the pentode as a triode in the simulation, it works just fine.
