Mullard 5-20 again

Hi

Have run into trouble with my supplier, which have sendt me a uncomplete set of parts for a Mullard 5-20.

And it can take a while before he's got time to fix it. But I don't have that time to wait.....
Do anyone have the complete partlist with powerratings on the resistors, and voltages for the capasitors? (not the schematics)
Then I can get going with the parts I'v already got, and can get the rest elsewhere.

Here you are

From my experience of recently available EL34's, I'd choose a lower value for R20 & R21. Maybe 220K.

I can email you the original scan if you want. It's good quality, but 1.2M.

Edit: I meant R14 & 15 of course. The EL34 grid leak resistors
