I think the 3.5k OPT is a bit high, with the voltages that you have, 2.5k might be better (espically if you plan to run in pentode mode), as for the choke, something like the Hammond 193D or 193G should work, both are rated for 150mA Idc.
I will do some measures and see if it will fit there.
I'm studying the output stage (UL or not), to make a better decision. The OPs will be the last components that I will order.

Man, you are fast! Love the classic dogbone resistors, hope they all measure well, then you can keep the vintage look below the deck as well, really looking forward to see how this project develop going forward.
