Default Not in speaker forum: Recommend me a bookshelf speaker for 5W

Okay, so I've built myself a PP triode connected EL84 amp, which means I'm getting about 5W before clipping...

My KEF HTS2001 "silver eggs", are only about 88dB/W and on peaks the system is hitting the end stops pretty early (as one would expect, after all, 5W is only 7dB).

I have some partially built BiB's with Fostex 168 Sigmas, but our current housing arrangements cannot accommodate anything that size, so I'm looking at 8 ohm bookshelf speakers in the 95dB and upwards region.

Thus far, Hoyt Bedford Type 1's look viable, but it's a very big box for a bookshelf unit. Zu Omen bookshelf look like a good option, but I've read some venom directed at them too. (they are currently my first choice though)

Anything else I should consider? Diet is female vocal, rock, pop, metal and jazz (trane, oscar peterson, brubeck).

If you can find the driver I used several years ago, you can build mid 90's sensitive bookshelf speakers. Look here. While 0.55 ft.3 cabinets are not tiny, they do fit on shelves and stands. FWIW, simulation software provided a plot that was flat within 1 dB. down to 50 Hz.
