Looks like it's a power tube with an anode cap. Some female decided to have a little fun with the glowing glass dildos? At least I hope it's up a vagina rather than a rectum.

One could hope that it's neither, but people are perverse.When my mom was a nurse working night shift at the local hospital, there was one guy they hated to see, 'cause there was always something going on... As for tube, maybe its an EL500, as it looks magnoval-ish.
