However, looking at other Hammond chokes, I would have to put two in series to get a "first choke combo" that holds the voltage.

If you are referring to the max. operating volts, specified by Hammond: Putting two chokes in series will not help since both chokes see the B+ voltage. In addition to the B+ voltage the first choke in a LCL filter sees high ripple voltage. If you want to use a LCL filter make sure the first choke is designed for choke input duty.

After few configurations, it ended with "bridge-600nF-30H (*)-20µF " with 0,3V of ripple.

(*) the inductance is an approximation and may be more than that. Two 100mA chokes are in series and they are not running at full current. The "no load" value is 20H for each of them.
