Strange problem with Caps not blocking DC

Well I powered both circuits with 10VAC and found that in V1A the 100k>plate>1uF cap intersection had some differences in voltage as compared to the solid functioning Bread Board version. I rewired it point to point with out using the turrets on the board and Problem still persists.
Same microphonic nature and about 10db's quieter that BB version. Might have to just scrap this turret board. And start over? Could it be grid load resistance going into the second stage. More probing and more contemplation!!!!
