Default tube substitute

isaw at ebay tube silvania 5bk7a as substitute for 6922 ? before i replace my 6922 in my counterpoint sa1000 . ilike to have info about it the use of it : as alternative . thanks pw

Don't take your valve data from ebay sellers! They are notorious for assuming that same pinout means equivalent, and same date code means matched.

Nor the filament is similar, 5BK7 is a 5V heater, not 6V;

hey , idid compare the filaments they dont match , the volts diference could cause damage , and more heat . better stick up for the convencional . obrigado .
