What do you think? Who is the best?

Really I don't like SMD resistors, and I have heard rumors that Dact is a bit fragile.

I have decided to DIY an attenuator with an ELMA series type with carbon resistors.
Please I need a program to calculate the values of the resistors for a 50K.

Thanks!

Hi,
In Italy there is Palazzo (in Torino) who made a good 23 position switch.
The best solution on resistor, for me, are Holco h8.
For the value of 50k resistor, send me an email

Ciao

Walter

I would use Microsoft Excel.

There is an Excel program available here:

DACT Attenuation Curve Calculator

That appears to do what you want.
