Default Magnoval

Hello

Must have a little help from the United States.
I have some 22KM6 that I want to play with. But but but. Where can I find a socket for this tubes.
A European magnoval socket does not fit because the pins on the tubes are too thin. Just bought 4 American sockets on ebay with the same error.

Solutions?

What you want is 9 pin "novar" sockets. Not magnoval.

For diligent and careful searchers there are sockets available on Ebay.

Did you read this ?

"These will work with either novar (.040 diameter pins) or magnoval (.050 diameter pins) tubes, however once a magnoval tube has been inserted the pins will likely be too loose to use with the smaller novar pins."

Benny:

I just happen to have a couple of those Novar sockets. I have no use for them. PM me your address and I will throw them in the mail for you if you want.
