I find Antek to be a top-shelf operation. Timely, reasonable price, quality stuff.
I hear this is just a standing 8-count, and I hope the community returns to them when they recover.
Again, I like Antek, and want them back, but someone has to say it:
In the mean time, what is the comparable alternative for such a selection of trafos? I see this thread is in the tubes section, but I don't need those big guns. I haven't found another firm with such a large menu. Any suggestions until Antek comes back?

Amveco comes to mind. They are not as favorably priced as AnTek, but then nobody is.
I was really looking forward to an AN-4TK400 for my KT88 PP build. I guess I'll wait.
All the best to Antek.
If you can't wait I may have one I am not using and not sure what I will use it for. I certainly don't need it before I would presumably be able to replace it.
wow thats a real shame. i must have been one of the last people to order a transformer from them as mine turned up a couple of days ago, hopefully their insurance will settle quickly and they will be up and running again sooner rather than later. extended sympathies out over the pond for all guys at antek
Fairly dramatic.
