Default Wiring Aikido using LSA/HPA switch

I just recieved the Aikido 9-pin all-in-one LSA/HPA kit in the mail and included was a switch (with custom pc board) for switching the amp from line stage to head phones. Unfortunately, there is no schematic provided for implementing this option. The two configurations require many different valued caps/resistors/jumpers etc, to make this option difficult to do.

Have any other builders of this amp been successful in implementing this capability into their Aikido? If so, how??

I'm really shooting for a headphone amp but would like to be able to use this as a preamp down the road, and still maintain the headphone option.
