Don't have to sell both; probably, if you sold the 250, you'd have just enough money to buy an output transformer for the 100. But not the other way around.

I have built PP amps using The 100TH
The 100TH is nothing Like a GM70 more like an 805 Hi Mu.
The 100TL is closer to a GM70
