Bought a Luxman LX33 integrated tube amp. I finally found a manual (luxkit a1030 is the same amp) but all is Japanese and I can't determine the bias current. Obviously I can calculate standing current based on 25watts at 430VDC and run that, but I am curious what they recommend wit the OY-15 OPTs.

Can't read Kanji? Do what I sometimes do. Scan the page of interest to make it a jpeg image. Then copy the text and paste it into google translator. Be sure to pick Japanese from the drop down menu. If it's a PDF, then just copy and paste.
