Curcio's driver boards are all-triode and use a CCS diff-amp with on-board regulation. IIRC, the Triode board has a pentode input driving a triode split-load inverter.
I'm a big fan of Ned Carlson and have bought a lot of stuff from Triode over the years, but the Curcio design is much more sophisticated.
