These power supplies for Eico, Heath and Hallicrafters equipment show up with some regularity on the Bay as seen in this link -- I have one for the Eico 753 Transceiver I bought when I was in high school -- should put out 750V @300mA, 280@170mA, -100@5mA and 12.6V @4A.
